It's time for another all-day testing event of our current Saturday Night Siege first playable build. This is mostly the same build that we've been testing since our return from break. The same thing we said then, applies now, and that it is a FIRST PASS at our new Siege Scenario. This is a very unstable build and we're looking for very specific bugs with today's test. We'll be focusing our playtesting efforts on Siege Scenario to look specifically at building destruction (damage with rubble), siege engines (scorpion and trebuchet), sapper-type bombs (surprise!) as well as general UI bugs (especially with our UI changes) as per our other recent tests. This build also uses our recent update to a 64bit client.
Given all the stuff in this build that can go wrong, it's definitely an unstable build. OTOH, from what we saw over the weekend, we're in pretty good shape overall. Pay attention to chat, forums, and the tentative testing schedule for info. As with previous unstable builds, there are known issues as well as unknown issues to be found.
Your testing feedback, even if minimal due to things going boom is still invaluable to us!

Until it crashes multiple times and/or the 7PM East Coast time, whichever comes first.
Please remember, as per above, that this is our first playable version of the siege system. The castle, setup, etc. represent less than two weeks of work. We have a lot more coming for this scenario. Like everything else we do, we start with the foundation and then build/blow up the house or keep.

So can you give details on it? Shaping up good?
Game is still VERY clunky. Sill only 3 classes in. All the animations are not in. Skill building still not in. The castle destruction is getting there- you can actually break apart castles now.
Game is still working on basics and engine- still a long was to go. Its playable, but not really a game yet. I am still waiting for it to come together to pass judgment.
I try to jump in atleast once a month to see where the game is at.
